I need a shrimp salad recipe
It really all depends on what your surgeon says you can eat for stage 3 - each surgeon is different so I can't advise you but wish you luck!
You can have protein balls as soon as you are cleared for peanut butter as it is really peanut butter and protein......... so probably already cleared for it is my guess...........

Can you please tell me when you find the time where to locate protein ball recipe's or can you type it out for me. I would like very much to make those up and give them a try since all other options with protein are not good with me. The latest one is the nectar. I thought I could handle it but nope. I am waiting for the dietician to connect with me tomorrow at noon to find another resource for protein. I am now 4 months out today and have lost 55 lbs. I have 25 more to go. I have struggled with protein intake since day one, yet my bloodwork all came back perfect. I have tons of energy. I hope that I will continue to be alright with the lacking on the protein. Is it true the more protein you consume, the more you lose? Have a great restful weekend.
I did a search at the top of our page and I got this. I can't give credit as I did not see who put the info on there. Sorry!

Hello. Go to the recipe (cooking and baking) forum. They have TONS of recipes there. There are at least two on there for shrimp or crab salad and a bunch for protein balls. If you do not have any luck finding what you need, pm me and I will get mine together. I am leaving for work now or I would post it for you now.
