Amber, no personal experience but a friend, Dave (not Dave is his handle) on the mens board had a similar sounding problem last year.  His intestine had kinked casuing the blockage and it was related to the reattachment of the old stomach to the intestinalt tract resulting from the bypass and scar tisuue buildup.  It got ugly before the non RNY surgeon doctors took it serious.  I thin kihe went in the ER about 3 times before they did and exploratory and found the literal problem casung the blockaes the wrays were showing but not the cause.  I'd definitely get your RNY surgeon involved if they are available, at least get them in the loop.

Hi Amber, that is the reason I had my second surgery I had scar tissue. The doctor has told me most of the time the scar tissue does come back, but the have no idea when it may come back. I am praying and hoping it doesn't.

I will pray for you that everything will be fine.
