Jackie it's so great to see you post. My heart is joyful with so much good news...you're ok, Mike's ok, just everything is ok. Phew! What a relief! You will be missed on Sunday for sure but I'll squirt someone in YOUR honor...lol. BTW, thank you ever so much for the "care package"...I got it yesterday & used some...Mike took one whiff & I got "oooh baby!!" Hahaha...yeah, like THAT'S gonna happen anytime soon....NOT!! At least not until Monday...lol. So you know the drill...rest, good drugs, hydrate, etc. Can't wait to see you in your bikini!!! The polka dots, for sure!!!!!

Hi Anne - I am so happy that everything went well for Mike! I know what a relief that is for you! I am sorry to miss Sunday but won't really be up to it! Victoria Secrets has nice shower gel and they make your skin feel nice too! SO I wanted you to pamper yourself to help you destress!

Well I am overwhelmed by all your love and support!! Thank you all so much.
My day at the OR did not go as planned. We were one hour late going down to the OR and apparenty everything went very well! However AFTER the OR in recovery my troubles started. I had a very severe pain in between the shoulder blades and they just kept giving me pain medication for it - they gave me so much I was barely conscious but still no relief from the pain! Then they told me if they give me any more pain meds I will die! Charming! They kept me in the Recovery area for about 4 hours and would not let Jeannie in to see me until she insisted and then they told her I was having some nauseau and pain issues. They never told her and did not tell Dr Krieger. He was not very happy about that when he found out!
Then I went to my room but was still in a great deal of pain - not in my legs but in my shoulder blades. All night I suffered from it and in the morning it was not as severe but still there. Dr Kreiger was very concerned about it as he was not told about it until the morning and all the night staff kept telling me was a day shift person would help me. Dr K ordered an EKG and a cardiologist to make sure it was not my heart but it wasn't. It must have been some kind of muscle spasm because by early afternoon it went away. It was very weird!
Anyway the actual surgery was nowhere near as bad as I expected. There is a little pain but not very much and I would recommend anyone thinking about it to not be afraid. If it had not been for my shoulder pain I could even have gone home that evening!
So thank you for all of your kind thoughts! I was so thrilled to read your notes - cheered me up!
SO my last plastic surgery is now over! Now I just have to recover - thank you all again so much!!
