WOW Moment...Where's the roll?

So I'm getting dressed this morning and notice that one of my stomach rolls is gone. My upper stomach use to lay on my lower stomach. Not any more...it doesn't roll over.  Yea me!!!

That is so awesome!!!  I love these wow moments!  I had one this afternoon too!!

Oh Penny I can SOOOO relate. Me, not seeing much of the weight loss noticed the other day that bottom fat roll was visible. The top roll had always been as big as the bottom, so I was never able to notice it. But now standing up, I can see right down past it.

Doesn't it make you feel awesome and reitterates the fact that you are doing things right when you notice these awesome things. Especially if the scale is not moving as much as you want it to or think it should.

Yes, up until the last few weeks I really had not had alot of Wow moments. But the weight has been coming down pretty quick the last 2 weeks.
