Anyone go to TOPS?

TOPS  stands for Take off pounds sensibly. I went before surgery and just started back this week. Its alot of fun, and they now have a category for WLS participants. I weigh in every week so I think that will keep me motivated and can track my progress. And its really cheap, $24 year plus $3 month dues. And today (I'M SO EXCITED)....I hit 50 pounds lost.  Thanks, Penny

Congrats on the 50 lbs!  Never to be seen again.  I have never used TOPS but my mom did back in the 80's with little success.  I hope you can do better! Tammy

Wow Penny congrats on the 50lbs lost.  Amazing isn't it?  As for TOPS my sister did that when she lived in Alaska.  She loved it.  She lost all her weight doing that.  She had about 65lbs to lose.  I'm glad your doing that and having fun.  That is awesome that they have a category for WLS participants.  Wooooohooooo!
