My days are always blessed I just have to see the blessings when things are stormy. Yep, I'm outdoors for a bit and am really enjoying nature. More storms are to come through this pm so I'm hanging out here as long as I can. The buggas are pluckin' some this pm but their kids. Hugs....

Hey Kat I was just sending more blessings your way as you are a special lady...I was out all day myself working of course and enjoying the cooler weather. Did you get the storms tonight?? We aren't scheduled for any but who knows. Not a whole lot going on here and will probably get out tomorrow as it is supposed to be another nice day.. Yesterday I kind of took the day off and acted like a little bit of a hermit - I didn't call people, post here, email, etc. How did I ever get to be the girl who is blessed with so many people who care about me that it wears me out? That is truly amazing.

So today's schedule looks again like protein shakes, sipping, walking..... I've never been what you call "patient" so this whole liquids thing is starting to irritate me. I'm even ready to be past mushy foods and I haven't even started them yet! But..... I know, soon enough I'll look back on this and see that it wasn't that long after all And I am grateful that I have a conservative, thorough surgeon who makes me go slowly.

The sun is out here for the first time in days and, as much as I've loved the thunderstorms, I'm glad to see it! Have a great day all!!!!!

:) I love being jam packed most of the time. Gives me more focus and determination and less time to think and be bummy. Patience is hard for me as well. Keep with the regimen and you're right you'll see things change and look back on things as benefits. The sun has been out off and on and looks like we're in for more storms. Hugs ....

Hello everyone!!! Well yesterday was crazy, I had two of my kids sick that had to go to the doctor, my best friend had a babay on Tuesday so I had her other child, so I had to take her to someone elses house, I went to the hospital because another one of my friends had a baby to, stayed in Walgreens for about an hour.  Today is going to be laid back, wanted to take a dip in the pool, but not a good idea with the kiddies. do some cleaning and my Mom has her revision meeting tonight, so i will be going with her to that (she had gastric bypass 25 years ago). Yep seems like since Thurs of last week I have been dealing with a snow ball effect type thing. Thought I was bouncing back some today but the loomie gloomies are sticking around some. Yeah I too slept oddly well for a change. No dreams for a change either. Love you!

Good mornin'.  I am still in my funk.  Today is the memorial for my uncle so I am kinda down.  Kara is in Nags Head until next Wednesday so it is just Steve, my mom and dad and me.  We are leaving in a few minutes.  Just wanted to stop by and say good am.  Will talk to you soon! Tam

Prayers are with you in hopes the funk lays off ya. I'm there only for different reasons. Mourning differently I guess you could say. Hope Kara's having a good time. Hoping to get to Hatteras this year but we'll see. Hugs.....
