What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning Fitness Fanatics........
Well....looks like we have more KABOOMS headed this way. Looks like we might be workingout indoors today (unless you can get moving early before they start).
So...what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? Let's see...the calendar shows 40 minutes on the ellipticle and 3 fitness classes at the dance studio. However, I may forgo the ellipticle today - my hip is bothering me a bit this morning (sciatic is still flared up, which means that I may have to be seen, but that's another story....UGH!).
Until tomorrow.....stay safe....stay hydrated....stay moving!
