Ok, so I'm officially in a funk.  I have no energy and am depressed as I dunno what.  I am not eating (I know...bad Tammy!) and am struggling to get my fluids in.  I barely ate yesterday but did manage 160 oz of water.  Today is not so good.  It is almost 4 and I have gotten in about 15 oz.  I am working on it.  Right now I am doing laundry and cleaning...getting ready for the memorial service tomorrow.  I have been arguing on the phone with the Charlottesville newspaper about the obit to run.  I finally got that all worked out (I hope!).  I need a swift kick in the but so I can get moving and get my water in.  I did not run today, either.  Like I said...i'm in a mood.  Hopefully I will snap out of it soon.  Miss you and love you much! Hey Tammy, Yep I know what you mean. I am trying to gain some peace this pm but I've got 4 buggas running around and so I'm waiting on one's mom and about to send the other home. Then I'm cleaning up a few things, giving the buggas their shower, then off to bed. I hope to sleep well. Hugs.....

Good evening to all...Today was great. Stopped off for coffee at my favorite spot. Then started work early...getting some overtime in. The day went well...calm...proactive...assertive at times. Financially things are better, so I feel better. Feel like I have some control of myself...esteem is up!!!!  Learned today that I could be off work for 8 to 12 weeks following knee surgery. With surgery in October, that could mean returning to work in January. What am I going to do for 12 weeks. I will go stir crazy. I guess rehab is what i will  be doing!!! Need to get my house ready for my new knee. Peace, Cindy
