HAPPY HALF WAY DAY YA'LL!!

Good am, How are ya'll doing? Lovely I hope. How was your Tuesday? Mine was pretty good. Started off with 4 buggas and added one along the way. It made for an interesting day of chores. Managed to get in a few words edge wise with a couple people that wasn't great but sometimes you reach a point when enough is enough. Got laundry done and some work out of the way. Climbed into bed and watched a little tube with nothing real exciting to talk about. I am glad I fell asleep. What's on the books for your Wednesday? I'm up, awake and just kinda here. The buggas are still resting so I'm going to spend time to myself until my lil' nephew gets here then I'll get moving. Want to get a few projects done and hopefully have some time to read a bit and journal later. Hope ya'll have a great Wednesday!

Good Morning, Sunshine..... Well....the KABOOMS yesterday started just as I was walking out the office door to go home.  Needless to say....my motivation to workout was as drowned out as i was (I had to sprint across the parking lot - which was in no man's land - to get to my car.).  So...instead of going home and running like I had planned, i went home...put on jammies and crawled onto the couch.  IT WAS WONDERFUL!!! I watched some scrapbooking shows that I had TiVo'd , made a few cards and climbed into bed by 900.  I just laid there with the dogs making my cards and enjoying myself.  It was nice.  Sure glad i wored out during lunch. But...today is a different day.  Storms are suppose to be in and out.  I'm on the fence about my lunch time workout.  I forgot that today there is a a Women's Fitness event going on at the base gym.  It's during my lunch break.  So...do I go to that and forgo my workout....or do I workout and forgo the event.  I'd hate the give up my workout and find that it's a lame event.  Know what I mean???? Tonight is a 5 mile run.  Ok....I'm telling myself that it will be 5 miles, but will be pushing for 6.  Time to pick up the distance.  I also want to get a scrapbook project going tonight (started...not finished) and need to work on my nutrition course.  I'm getting tired on working on it - I can tell....because it's a challenge to open the books.  Especially after just finishing the PT course (which was a killer).  HA!  But wouldn't you know it....I'm looking at taking another course.   Well...this is how my day should work out.  Let's see if it does......

Hey Jill, We had really rambunctious thunderstorms here as well but honestly I welcome them whole heartedly and was out in them (yes, on purpose) at different times. Makes me feel alive. Sounds like you are keeping busy which is such a great thing so the loomie gloomies don't creep in. I'm there riding this nasty depression train for a bit. But, tomorrow's another day so we'll see. Hope the mid day event wasn't lame and you get in your 6 miles this pm. Hugs........

Morning Beautiful!!!  My Tuesday was pretty good.  Went home & waited for hubby then we went to Costco & did some major shopping.  After getting home, putting everything away, I read for a bit then was off to bed.  Still dragging this a.m.  so I am thinking tonight may be a quiet night to relax & get to bed early.  Have a great one!!  Love you much!!!

Hey Court, I'm hitting up Costco next week. With the rising costs in groceries its worth it to get by there for some things in bulk. I'm stuck in a downward spiral right now so I'm not good company. Hoping to get to bed early this pm as well. Fighting off taking something to knock me out. Love you!

Nothin' exciting going on here. I am greatful for the rain we have been getting. I've had the pleasure to spend a few minutes each day with Amb's son. What a great kid he is...so funny! I finished another book, and am re-reading one I've read before by Catherine Coulter. It's an FBI mystery. Feeling lazy today, I may just curl up on the lounge chair on the porch and veg. Enjoy your day!

Hey Jen, I am REALLY happy about the rain. Its soothing and relaxing not to mention the garden loves it as well as the flowers. I am looking real forward to getting down there for a visit and seeing Amb & her son. I wish I was at the beach. Its my 1st home in nature. Always soothes my soul. Hugs....

My life is just plain NUTS! My daughter will be starting jr high in the fall.  we are transitioning from private to public school.  NOW, her school calls and offers her a partial scholarship to come back!  I had my mind made up, but we'd still have to pay 5000.00 out of pocket.  the school has just gotten so small her 6th grade class was 5 kids!  7th would be smaller.  she's gotten such a great education, but really needs to spread her wings!  Between that, covering the summer preschool, and trying to get to the gym, i'm losing my mind!  good thing we are going to see the American girl movie today!  love to all, lys

Hey Lys, You sure are busy! Hope you get some "you" time in there. Kayla has an American Girl Doll that really eerily looks like her and so she's stoked about it. We might go this weekend. All best!

Yesterday was SOOOOO busy for me and Sue and I completed one of our courses last night - stayed up late to get all of our homework in so I could finish everything off - so got to bed late. It is proving to be busy at work too -  and we have our support group tonight so I am looking forward to seeing everyone again. My mother in law has the results of some heart tests today and she is not a candidate for more open heart surgery anymore - so Bill will be going with her to see what plan of action they have for her. She has a superfast pulse rate all of a sudden and they know she has issues. I think they are planning some kind of catherization and perhaps removal of some scar tissue in her heart. SO scarey stuff.... Bill is going because the old bugger is going deaf and we know darned well she can't hear half of what he doctor says!! SO he can ask questions for her.... As she has gotten older she refuses to question the doctors even if she thinks they are wrong!! Heck they nearly killed her on the wrong dosage a few years ago - but STILL she will never question them or ask questions! This is just going to be a busy week as I prepare to be laid low for a couple of weeks.... Jackie
