What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning Everyone [I say this in my MOST chipper voice].....
Hope all is well in your neck of the woods. Looks like a great day to be outdoors today. Wisah i was, but I'm stuck in this office (boo!). Wish I'd win the lottery (oh...I have to play???).
So...with it being such a beauty of a day...what are YOU doing to move today????
Me? Let's see...the calendar says cardio*cardio and MORE cardio! So....I will be doing the ellipticle during lunch and either going home and running 5 miles or participating in a 4 mile event at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens. Have not decided which, and probably won't until i get home and see what's going on there.

Good morning Jill! Today must be dr day seeing as I will be spending most of our day at the local hospital. My appointment with my diabetic dr and then Cameron has his appointment with the ENT so we can work on getting those ears straight.
I am definitely going to be getting in a walk of some sort between storms. Yesterday was the first time I had been to the gym in 2 weeks or so and I honestly think I over did it. But I made myself a promise that I would go for every one of my work outs and that's what I am going to do. Hopefully Cameron will be well enough soon to be able to get into that pool.

Hi ya! Ummm, can I just lay on my couch, watch tv, & let YOU work out for me? No, huh? Oh well, it was worth a shot anyway. Ok, so I will be spending some time in the garden...stinking weeds are threatening to take over! After that, Matt & I have started my latest project...divesting myself of "stuff" in my craftroom. Not an easy task, believe me. So lots of stooping, bending, lifting, walking. By tonight I'll be ready for the couch & tv...lol! Everybody have a terrific day!!

I did 4 jogging at lunch then 2 more miles walking with a friend. I plan to hit a bucket of ball at the driving range after work, that will take about 1 hour.

After three weeks of being totally lazy I am getting my butt back into the gym!! I have brand-new New Balances that haven't even been broken in yet that I have had for two of those weeks! No excuses...my son is away at camp so there's no running him to work or to friends' or girlfriend's house, I have no errands to run and I am not tired!!!! Someone check with me tomorrow and scold my lazy butt if I report back that I haven't gone to the gym, or gotten on my home treadmill!!!
