What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning......
Well...it looks to be an off day today so many of us will be working out indoors. That's ok...as lon as you move!
So...what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? I'm going to struggle through a 7 mile run this morning. I sat struggle, because my sciatic nerve is flared up and causing me problems - after effects of being obese. I struggled through 2.5 miles of my 5 mile run yesterday.
