Thank you everyone for the support and encouragement - it means so much to me. And I DID go to jazzercise last night. I worked hard and felt good and was so pleased with myself! I'm definitely going one or two more times before the weekend... that is nothing short of a miracle for me, since I have never, EVER been one to exercise. But I really like this class and the girlfriend I am doing it with. I also had an A+ day with food yesterday - nothing but the high protein, high quality food that I planned to eat. While I was enjoying a snack of Oikos yogurt with blackberries and rasberries, I was struck by how luscious it tasted and the fact that I wasn't going to pay later with lethargy or feeling crappy. So today I am up and going, plan to do more of the same good food planning and get some work done before the holiday weekend rolls in early. I am having a blast with my sister here and it's fun to have someone else to dress for in the morning! I hope everyone else has a great day and I'll check in later.
