So a lil update on me...no I didnt grow into a snob ...Ive just been BUSY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With a capital B ! I got a new job outside of the home as well as my at home business and I am now enjoying my first day off in 10 day's!!! But I got under 200lb's about 2 weeks ago and was concerned that I had platued...I would go between 198 and 200 for the last two weeks....we'll after working and walking outside ALOT during the course of my day I started dropping again...After not losing for two weeks Ive dropped 6 pounds in a week!!! YAY! I also wanted to let you guy's know I have found that packing some crackers, cheese and fresh fruit had really helped me stay on track with all the take out that float's around my office!!! I have loads of energy to keep up too!! I went out to eat last night after a LONG day's work and we went to Cheddars which was always a favorite of mine... ( they have AWESOME food for AWESOME prices and GREAT salads!!! ) But last night I ordered the veggie plate and LOVED it! You pick either a bowl of soup or a salad...and then 4 sides ( veggies ) ! I ate off of it last night and for lunch AND dinner tonight...lol!!!! O and the best part was it was $5.99 ! Hope everyone is doing well! Brandi~

Congrats on Onderland!!  That is wonderful!!  I question if I will ever see it.  Not being hard on myself, just realistice.  Being 6'2, I can carry more weight.  But goal is 175, and that's were I be. Congrats on your job?  What line of work is it?  I just started back today since my surgery.  And I packed my lunch as well.  I think packing will be a lot eaiser and healthier.  I used to go out all the time for lunch.  Congrats for staying on track.  Dinner sounded scrumptous!!

I started working for a timeshare company that I bought into last year and LOVED so much that I decided to quit my stay at home mom job and go to work for them...and so far I LOVE it but Ive been VERY busy! Over six feet does cause a challenge when it comes to number goals....BUT Im sure that even if you dont hit the number you are looking for you'll be happy with where you land...I know I will be! Congrats Brandi!!!!  Sounds like you are doing fabulously!  Under 200 is great!  Keep it up girl!  I too found that it helped me to have some good for me snacks at work to keep me from grazing or choising bad options from the items brought in by others.

That's great news Brandi!  How is the protein intake coming along? Like you, I really like my vegies especially in the summer. I have a tomato plant, bell pepper plant and blueberry bush all producing some yummys! I've been doing some slider protein...yogurt, cheeses, cottage cheese and tuna salad. About a 1/4 cup and then some vegies and fruit.

O yea Tuna is my savior...lol I pack tuna 2 or 3 times a week as well...crackers cheese nut's fruit and a vitamin water ( which has 13 grams of sugar ) so Im sure most people would frown at that but from time to time it helps keep me energetic...plus I start drinking one at 5 am and dont finish till dinner so it's ok in my eyes :)

That is great!!! I totally know what you mean, there is always some sort of food around here to eat. People are not helping me! That's o.k. Getting away from it gives me an excuse to walk around! Way to go on under 200!!!
I am not afraid... I was born to do this. (Joan of Arc)
