First Day back at work....

I was so ready to be back.  But I am so tired.  The protien supp I orginially got, I don't think mixes well with me right now and does little to help.  My Nectar is suppose to be in today. I ordered three different flavors.  So I did not have them today.  I ended up leaving work and getting a container fromt he Vitamin shoppe. I got Fruit Colda?  It is pretty good.  It seems to be helping too...now to drown myself back into my work.....

Melissa - WOW! you went back already, you must be wonder woman!  I'm hoping your Nectar comes in today!  Keep up the good work, take a nap when you get home if you have to, there is NO shame in that!  Lys

You're back at work so soon!  :)  Don't work too hard these first few days, I had problems with losing steam the first couple of weeks back to work.

Take it easy - I know you were eager to get back, but you don't want to do too much, too soon! I'm so proud of all that you've done so far. Good luck with the Nectar. I hope it gets in. Don't push yourself too hard!

I am sure you were ready to get back to work.  Definitely take some naps if you need to.  It takes awhile to get all your energy back.

Definitely take it easy... I work from home and I was still exhausted for a while after surgery. You are adjusting to a lot right now and integrating work back into the mix is a huge effort. You are doing well!
