Did you make the dish with the lean meat, tortillia shells, and cheese?  I took one container home.  OMG!  It was a MAJOR hit for my family.  Besides my middle daughter, she does not like taco meat at all, everyone LOVED it.  My husband finished it off today for lunch.  He was standing there eating with a mouthful, "This is really good you know!"  No, I don't know, I cant eat that right now so stop rubbing it in my face.  I must get the recipie so I can make it for my family.

Hey Melissa! Yay! I was wondering who took them home. It was me that made them. I kinda made up the recipe as I went along and it was supposed to turn out to be rolled up enchiladas but... I became way lazy and just threw it together. I called it my "Enchilada bake casserole". I made way more then needed as I cooked up 10 lbs of meat but I will together a recipe for normal size meal and email it to you, if you'd like? Also if anyone else wants it, let me know. I am SO glad you liked it!

Are you taking the family to Ann's? If you do and we go, I have asked if she wanted me to bring some more. I swear I make it all the time, pre op and post op. Seems to sit well with the tummy. But I will get you the recipe.

Im going to work on the recipe tomorrow because what I made for the BBQ was SOOOO much, so I want to put together a "normal" size meal recipe. But I see that you are coming to Ann's and hopefully, Cameron & I will be there and I am going to bring it. But of course, I will get it to you!
