Why Weight.  Another reason to strength train is that strong people stay young, because when they build muscle it can usually be seen in toning and definition of the muscle.  However, many women will not strength train for fear of “bulking” up.  Fortunately, very few women can build huge muscles because women do not have the correct hormones to do this. 

 

So…what are you waiting for??  Grab those weights and get a younger body.

I'm STOKED! I'm going to be getting help from one of my besties with regards to weight training and his band mate works at a gym. So, what he doesn't know he'll be teaching him and he'll be passing it to me! I'm NOT waiting anymore! "There's lots to do" in the words of my 3 year old!
