Sounds like everyone had an awesome time this weekend at the meet and greet. I'm only sorry that I didn't attend. I had to work this weekend, being a nurse I have to work every third weekend, and unfortuneatly I miss out on fun things like this. I hope that I'll be able to attend the next one. I think I could have learned a lot from this last one, especially since I'm still waiting to have my surgery. (7/15). I've already learned so much, and I keep reading the posts everyday, and continue learning.

Good am! No worries! There WILL be more! You're surgery is just around the corner so hopefully by the time the next get together rolls around you'll be in healing mode and we'll be there to help ya out! All best!

I am sorry that you missed Saturday but as Kat said there will be more and we are always trying to get together as this kind of support is very much needed and it is so cool to get together with people just like yourself........  It is a learning process and even a few years out we are still learning.  Keep hanging out on the boards and let us know iof we can help you in any way! Hi  ya!  You did miss a terrific time, but you were doing God's work...nurses are so important to us all.  If you're not working this weekend, I'd love to have you join us this weekend in Middletown.  I'm having a summer bbq with lots of fun activities.  Feel free to bring your family or you could use this as an opportunity to "run away from home" for a day...lol.  As for this board...you certainly found your way to the right place.  We are all at different levels in our journies & we continually learn from each other every day.  With you being in the health care community, you will not only be helping yourself, but will gain knowledge & experience to share with others.  I hope we see you here a lot!!!  Now, what is your first name?  I really like my responses to be more personal.

Hugs!
Ann
