Plans have changed!

So I was thinking about how I was going to keep my appetizer warm tomorrow. I mean, who wants to eat a cold meatball. Then it dawned on me. I make a mean enchilada. Soooo. We are having 1/2 way homemade enchiladas. I can prepare em tonight and just heat em up in the morning. I hope ya'll come hungry. There is likely to be over 100 of em made! And Jackie? If you see this, could you please repost the address so I can re-mapquest it.
