Well...looks like a great day to be out and about here at the beach. If you can, get out and enjoy it as this weekend does not look good.
Any-hoo.....what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? During lunch, I plan to do a quick 4 mile run and then tonight I have 1 hour of P90X (Legs and rear), plus abs. WHEW! I'll be a tired pup again tonight!
