What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Well, Fitness Fanatics.......
Most of you have already moved today - so, what did you do??? If you haven't moved yet...WHY NOT?!?!?!?! Moving is a GREAT way to have some alone time, to burn off stress, become re-energized or just deal with the kids (HAHA).
Let's see...what did I do today? Well, now that I'm at the new job and it is SO much closer to home (9 minutes today) I am trying to get up at the same time, leave my house at the same time and leave work at the same time as before. Which means, I get a 1 hour lunch and I am trying to set the habit of working out duing lunch for 1 hour (only cardio...no weights - I get enough of that). So, today I did 45 minutes of the ellipticle and 15 minutes of warm up and cool down stretches. I am getting ready to do 1 1/2 hours of yoga (wish me luck...it's NOT my favorite of the P90X series).

You did GREAT! Remember....you just had major surgery (I know....like I'm one to talk), so take it easy and take your time. You have a lifetime to exceed your goals!

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
What I did to move today? Let's see...first I walked up 2 flights of stairs to take my shower. Then I walked down 2 flights of stairs, out the front door, down the front porch steps to my truck, climbed up into the cab & drove to Warrenton. I walked into the bldg, walked down the hall, climbed into the dentist's chair, put a death grip on the arm rests (working my byceps, I guess), then walked out to my truck, parked at the rear of the parking lot & walked the distance to the Chinese Restaurant. Ate properly (if ya'll want great Chinese food, go to China Jade in Warrenton...yummm!!). After lunch I walked all the way back to my truck, then drove to Front Royal. Got out of the truck, walked into the building, layed down on the table & clenched every muscle while I got my legs, pits, & brows waxed. Then I walked to the pedicure chair & cooled down with gentle massage by the chair & the tech. Then I walked back out to the truck, drove home, walked up the porch steps, then down 1 flight to the family room, sat down on the couch to answer some emails. Trekked back up 1 flight to the kitchen & made dinner, then back down 1 flight to return to the couch & now I'm watching tv with hubby while typing this. So, did I move enough?? LOL
