Good morning.  I am trying to gather some information.  I am planning on doing a WLS cookbook.  This will be by WLS patients for WLS patients.  If I am able to get enough interest in this the book will be sold at a minimal charge (only to cover expenses).  I would need you to submit ORIGINAL recipes to me with your name and maybe what you like best about the recipe.  At this point I am just putting feelers out there to see what, if any, interest there is in doing this.  Please respond here or PM me. I purchased a By WLS patient for WLS patient cookbook here on OH.  I don't remember what his screen name is, but his name is Daniel Patrick Fluharty "Cooking after Gastric Bypass Surgery".  So far I have only tried one recipe since I'm not too adventurous with cooking.  I'm sure you can google him and find him to purchase a copy if you are interested.  :)

Sounds good Tam - you may want to look at the other WLS recipe books that are out there so you don't duplicate and can offer something a bit different.... Jackie

I can't contribute a recipe because I don't cook, but I would be interested in purchasing one if you get this project going!  :)
