no talk. I know I have been MIA for months. I just passed my 18 month mark. I am doing great. I have plastics scheduled for this Thursday, June 26th. I am getting my arms and breasts done. Not much else is going on. I am so proud of all our VA marathoners. Everyone is doing so good. It's good to see the progress of our new post ops and hear the great things our long time post ops are going. And to you pre ops out there, this is an awesome board. So full of great, helpful folks. Don't be affraid to come here and vent or share a WOW moment, even if you don't think it's a big deal. every step of this journey from pre to post op is a BIG DEAL. I am loving life. I just got back from a camping trip. Doing things that a year ago were a little hard for me. I want to thank all my VA friends that have helped me thru this journey. And I am not finished yet. I will get on line some time after my surgery and let you all know how it went. Jen R or Tink might post for me the day of surgery. I am always thinking of all my VA peeps.

Actually yes, I have a protein update for you. I slowly started incorporating the bullets into my daily intake and no longer have any stomach issues with them. HOORAY. So I just stick with the bullets and Nectar and I'm good. :)
