What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning Fine Fitness Folks (ok..say THAT one 10 times - haha)...... It's a brand new week and along with it comes MANY new opportinuties to move or to even step up your activity (in fact, if it's been a while, you should consider doing just that to keep your body challenged). So...what are YOU doing to move today??? Me?  Let's see...the calendar shows A muscles class with belly/booty blasting AND I have a 1 hour P90X workout to do.....I'm gonna be DEAD! HAHA!  Maybe I can talk the instructor into some cardio instead of all of the toning to get more balance. Enjoy your day! Stay safe......stay hydrated....stay moving!

You are funny woman! I could say it while LAUGHING! I'm a dork I say here and said it or TRIED! (I need fun) I am walking and doing the Biggest Loser DVD. That thing kicks my butt but has me feeling good! Ok, I am going to research this P90X workout. Hugs.......

Ok...if the Biggest Loser kicks your butt, wait until you see P90X.  They tell you (jokingly) to have a bucket near by because you WILL throw up.  I've come close - haha.  But, so far, I like it.  It's just tough for me to fit in everything I do - haha.  NOW I'm doing too much!  Go figure.

Hit 2 large buckets of golf balls Saturday and man o man my middle back muscles are aching and in spasms! I have a 1 hour strength training routine  tonight that will hit the back extension machine HEAVY then a 1 hour BodyVIVE class afterward.  Hoping that will loosen up those back muscles enough to be on the golf course tomorrow.

You know...that's one sport that I haven't tried.  Not sure if I would like it - not intense enough.  But, maybe one day.  Those skirts are cute - haha! Hope you loosen up those muscles!
