June's Accountability Challenge

Good Morning...... Hope everyone is on track and doing well with meeting your goals.  I, for one, stumbled this weekend.  I made decent choices and carried protein snacks with me, and no journalling.  Water was the hardest to carry around (100 ounces gets heavy after a while) and intense physical activity was not there.  I did plenty of walking around, but, well.....it was shopping. But, today is a great day to get back on track to make sure that I am not short changing myself. How about you....how are you coming along???

Hiya Jill, I've slipped in recent days. Haven't been doing so well but I'm working on it. Its human to falter but a bummer nonetheless. Its good to know I'm not alone. Hugs.........
