What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning Fitness Fanatics..... Hope everyone has had a GREAT and acive weekend.  I am still here in Fredricksburg....but will be packing up soon to head for home. I must say....I'm beat.  Thes past few days, I was up very early and out very late, but did lots of walking around.  I know not enough to be considered as physical activity for myself, but at least I was moving. Anways....back to the topic at hand...what are YOU doing to move today??? Me?  I'm tired, but plan to do 30 minutes of ellipticle and my P90X program (more cardio) when I get home.  That should prepare me for the workweek. Until tomorrow....stay safe....stay hydrated....stay moving....
