Hiya Jim, So glad we keep in touch! Glad you are feeling better and things will come together as the days pass. 18lb is great and more to come! My prayers are with ya'll and all the clean up and such since the storms have rolled through recently. Electricity among other things are certainly a blessing that's for sure. Hugs.........

Hi Courtney, yes I'm impressed with the loss for sure but with what I'm eating you sure can't gain weight and this is so much better than the lap bandI had before I think anyway. Time will tell I guess. Have a great weekend and hope to see ya soon...Jim
