Good am, How are ya'll doing? Great I hope. How was your Thursday? Ours was all right. Pretty jam packed, got in nature time, had some frustrating moments so kept to myself for the better part of the day with the exception of the buggas. What's on the books for you Friday & weekend? I hope to get several things accomplished today freeing up the weekend for relaxation and fun. Saturday pm friends and I are going to support friends in a band who are hoping to open for the Black Crowes if they do well enough. Its exciting and gives me a chance to get out and do something fun. Not sure about much else. Had hoped to get the buggas & myself to the beach this week but financially it just hasn't made sense. Hope everyone enjoy their Friday & weekend! All best!

Morning beautiful!!!!  My Thursday was good.  Finished up work & headed home for some family time.  On the books for today is work, then chaperoning a party for one of the girlies.  Not sure what the rest of the weekend will hold other than definitely trying to get some rest.  Have a great one!  Love you much!!

Good day all, The smoke from the fires at the Dismal Swamp and North Carolina is quite pungent in my little corner of the world. We had some wicked weather last night with golfball size hail. Two local military men will be laid to rest today. Marine Lance Cpl. Kelly E. C. Watters, 19,of Virginia Beach, died June 11 from wounds suffered while supporting combat operations in Al Anbar.  Navy pilot Lieutenant Jeremy S. Wise, 28, of Virginia Beach died following a collision between his aircraft and an F-5 Tiger aircraft during a routine training mission. Take a few moments today to pray for the families of these young men, and give thanks for their dedicated service to our country.

The sacrifices our military men and women, and their families, make on a daily basis is humbling.  Those young men and their families are in my thoughts and prayers.

Good morning, beautiful.  Thursday was good.  Left work, filled up with gas, stopped into costco, went home and cooked dinner and did laundry.  It is all done now so the weekend is free of that chore.  I wanted to cut the grass, but we had a heavy down pour so that will have to be done tonight.  I need to clean the house tonight to free up the weekend, too.  Kara spent the night at a friends house so I need to pick her up at 5 today.  Not to sure what the weekend will bring.  We want to do something fun.  I need the details on the band tomorrow night again to see if Steve and I can make it.  We want to get some "fun" time in at some point.  Either fishing, the river or Water Country/Busch Gardens I think.  Of course we will be working every night, but it shouldn't be too bad.  It is "normal" life now.  Next weekend should be full of fun and good times and then the weekend of the fourth will be wonderful!  Hope you have a great weekend! Good am Pretty Lady, Sounds like a jam packed weekend or somewhat. As for the band details its gonna be at the National in Richmond (getting directions and parking info this pm as I've not been) and its THE place folks are wanting to play here and BIG names play there as well. Things get started for 7 pm. Several of us are going to meet up for some eats before we head there. Undetermined where we're eating at this point but some of us are carpooling. I'm personally indifferent. Tix are $10 per person & I have some on me. Gonna be 5 bands playing (local ones) BK'sD is the one I'm rooting for (I'm really great friends with the bass player and went to school with the drummer). They are Southern Rock and will be doing 4-5 covers and 8 of their own songs. The others bands I've not really heard much of. Let me know if you and Steve are interested. You've got my number. Hugs to you...........

Good morning. Hope you and the buggas are doing well. I think this weekend will be low key. Not feeling to great today, so I will probably just do things inside the house and maybe venture outside to watch Cam play with the neighborhood kids. Tomorrow is my work out day so I can't let that pass but other than that... It's just me & Cameron. Hug the buggas for me and yourself. Big hugs to all! & have a great weekend!
