Lisa - i was a totaly nightmare 2 weeks out (i did have double pneumonia), but the hormones are going up and down and all over the place.  I took zoloft prior to surgery, but not since, there are days i think i need to go back on it, but generally no.  Keep up the good work, it'll get better, lys

Lisa,  I am not going to be a great deal of help as I have never experienced depression but have heard that some people do......... But some people do mourn food and you may be going through a period of mourning for your best friend now that you will no longer be falling back on it for comfort. It will pass Lisa - just try to be happy about that you are losing.... Also I have heard that hormones are stored in fat and get lost too as your fat drops off - so just hang in there - it can be a wild ride!! Jackie

You know I have been walking for 30 minutes everyday since  the surgery.  I missed yesterday, however I did try to walk a lot during my chores.  I have my wii fit ready to go, but I am not ready for that yet.  I got a call back from the nurse telling me that the pain I am still feeling is normal.  I am still really sore.  This morning, nothing ha**** me so far.  I know it is too much to hope that was the end of it, but a days reprieve will be really nice.  Thanks for all the words of encouragement.  I do love my new family.
