My 4 month out check-up
Hi gals and Guys,
It's been awhile since I posted last, I have been in Pa. with my sick mom. Continue to pray for her. Today I went to see Dr. Clark and Marissa for my 4th month check-up. I was well pleased with my results from Marissa. Dr. Clark said I was doing good. My weight loss for the 4 months was a grand total of 75 lbs. I was well pleased with the results from him. I look in the mirror and can't believe that it is me. I thank God everyday for the weight loss. I need to lose 55 more lbs to reach my goal of 135 lbs. With God's help and the help from all of you I will reach my goal. You are all a blessing to me. Love ya all, Betty
Hey Betty! Glad you are back posting with us. You have been missed. I hope your mom is doing well and we will continue to pray for her and you! WOW!! Congratulations on the 75lb weight loss! That is awesome. I am sure you will have no problems reaching your ultimate goal! Good luck hun and have a great weekend!
