I endulged here a bit and had a creamy ginger dressing with it. But I had it on the side and only used about 1/3 of it. Evening snack: Other half of the shake 500 mg chewable calcium citrate Flintstones Another banana I did about 150 oz. of fluid. For exercise I did a 6 mile run. It was an off day on the weights.

Someone likes WAWA ?  I did .. still do but very few around where I live .  My Fav was Decaf Hazelnut with Skim and Splenda. I would count the 24 ounce as part of my water intake .  And I love their Walnut Chicken Salads. I swear Blair I lived off of those for 6 months after I was given the go to eat salad !!  Your day looks scrumptious !!  Tink

It really is a great place! I love getting their made-to-order salads. They also have a great Chef's Salad off the shelf that has 19g of protein and is only 190 calories. Plus the fat free Italian Dressing is only 20 calories.  My daughter is a string cheese-a-holic, so it's our place on the way to her daycare.

I wanna play!!! Yesterday - Breakfast Sugar free vanilla yogurt with two tablespoons of homemade sugar free no grain granola Snack - colby cheese with sugar free bread and butter pickles (no, I'm not pregnant) Lunch - squash, onion and cheese casserole Snack - one ounce of smokehouse almonds Dinner - homemade black soy bean dip with homemade garlic and onion pita chips and a salad with red peppers, mushrooms, green onion, cucumbers and blue cheese dressing. Snack - sugar free chocolate molten cake (Dixie Diners) with sugar-free whipped cream. I drink one cup of coffee with cream in the morning and at least 96 ounces of water (more four days a week while working out). I know my diet is unconventional - I'm a vegetarian and low-carb to keep my diabetes from coming back.  The low carbing helped me lose the last 29 pounds that I wanted to lose. I'm loving life, and wishing the same for all of us. Peace, elizabeth
