June 18 - June's Accountability Challenge
Ok, Boys and Girls.....
How are we doing with the challenge? We are half way through the month. Are we still playing???
Let me see....I have been SWAMPED! Today is my last day at my current job (I start a new one on Monday), soI have been really busy the past few days trying to get things completed and ready for turn-over. I'm not one to just up and leave.
Last weekend I was camping with my family, and this weekend I will be at a scrapbook convention in Chantilly with a girlfriend. I am SO excited. We have been planning this for months now.
AND I've started the P90X program. OMG! It's AWESOME. I LOVE it! Ok...well...most of it - haha. It has yoga in it and I'm not a real fan...BUT...will continue it.
Ok...so to the topic at hand.....how have I been doing? Strugglling a bit. I haven't journalled at all this week. Just no time to. But, I've been conscience of what I've been eating and have stayed pretty consistent, so I'm not too far off. And, with the P90X program added to my routine, I've not only kicked up my calories even more, but am doing something new each day to stay challenged.

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
You type as fast as you talk lol I got lost mid way through lol I have been struggleing through the month w/ alot of things but thats ok Im still here and Im trying to eat healthy and Im just not getting the excersise in w/ the pain in the back and leg its almost impossiable but I do get in some w/ walking the dogs and up and down the stairs at school and the everyday running, Im not as productive as some w/ the exercise and I know this is my weakness and needs to be worked on as well as getting more protein. Im working on it!!!
