HAPPY HALF WAY DAY YA'LL!!

Good am, How are ya'll doing? Great I hope. How was your Tuesday? I felt a lot more normal yesterday and got a lot done. Took Mom & the girls to the library and they really enjoyed that. Did some major cleaning and enjoyed the pm with the kids out back and it sure got cool which I was happy to see. The moon was so awesome last pm! Kayla & I were up pretty late playing games and went out back to take a look before bedtime. What's on the books for your Wednesday? Today I take Kayla for her first appointment to discuss decide on treatment for her and afterwards I'm taking her for ice cream and then getting back home to get some things done around here. I'm hoping to be able to get to the beach over the next couple of days but we'll see how that goes. Hope everyone enjoys their Wednesday! Been a few folks who've been MIA so hope to hear from them as well. Hugs and all that jazz!

Good morning hope the appointment goes well for Kayla this morning and easy for her. I know she and you are  vey concerned about today but I have you both in my thoughts and prayers. Hang in there and the good man above will see you all through these days. Sending hugs and wish I were closer.

Hey Kat! Glad to hear that things were going well yesterday. I'll be praying for you with Kayla's dr. appointment today. I hope that you and the doctor are able to make some good decisions!

Today is a big day for me - I have my pre-op physical at the surgeon, then all of my pre-op testing at the hospital. So I'm preparing to be poked and prodded for hours on end , and preparing to start that dreaded Liver Shrinking Diet once again.... which means that my surgery is two weeks from today, which is a little scary!

But tonight I'm getting on the train for the first time and riding it overnight to Charleston. I leave Richmond at 10:00 tonight and get there at 5:00 am. I'm hoping this proves to be a good option for me b/c with the price of gas driving there is getting prohibitively expensive! So I'll spend the next 5 days with my sister (who I love) and my niece (17 months, who I love more than anything or anyone else in this whole, whole world!!!!). And my brother-in-law (who I like, he just won't be around as much since he works during the day) If there's anything that can make being on that LSD easier, it's being able to be with them while I do it

So Kat, should you decide that the beach you would like to visit is in Charleston....come on down! We'll be spending plenty of time there and we'd love to have you!

Two weeks!  YEAY!  Have a great trip and good luck with round number two of your LSD.  Hopefully this time it will be a little easier now that you know about more meal choices.  :)

Good morning, beautiful.  Thoughts and prayers coming your way for the appointment today.  You know I have access to all sorts of good medical things, so let me know if I can help in any way.  I slept like a rock last night and it felt so darn good.  I guess my body knew it needed it.  I did not want to get up this am!  I was awake at the usual time, but I just didn't want to get the day started.  On the books for today is work till 5 then off to the funeral home for a visitation.  A friend lost her brother on Monday, so I want to be there for her.  After that it is laundry, cutting the grass, dinner and all that jazz.  Not sure what time i'll be heading to bed, but I would like it to be before 10:30!  Hope everyone has a great half way day! Morning beautiful!  Sounds like you had a marvelous day!  Mine was pretty good.  Struggled through work (very tired & exhausted here), went home, spent some time with my hubby, we fixed dinner & then the neighborhood kids started poring in.  We have a lot of teenage boys in our neighborhood who do not have dads in the area, that adore my hubby, so every evening they trapse in to visit, play video games, watch sports, etc.  Last night there were 8 different boys who vistied at different points of the evening.  After dinner I sat & joined them all in a video game, then disappeared into the bedroom for some "me" time to watch Law & Order SVU, didn't get to watch it as I fell asleep.  Not too much on the books for today, probably pretty much the same as yesterday.  I am still feeling pretty down, thinking that I may have overtired myself last week with everything that went on & then a busy weekend on top of it & that I need some extra rest to catch up.  My allergies are bothering me too.  Perhaps I will take part of the day off & go get some rest.  You & Kayla are in my thoughts in prayers.  Love you much & have a great one!!

Good Evening. Kat.     Hope that today's doctor appointment went well for Kayla and you. I bet that the ice cream was good, too!      Today was pretty busy with a funeral service for one of my client's mom. The client seems to be handleing things well.  The weather was in their favor.      Called my wls doc today to schedule an annual with him. Since he just saw me for the hernia surgery, he combined the follow up with the hernia repair with the wls annual for next year!       Looking forward to attending a wedding at the end of August! A girl that I use to  babysit is going to be a bride!    Have a great weekend!  Cindy
