What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning Everyone.... Hope everyone had a GREAT weekend!  I had a great time camping with my family and am preparing for the next one (this coming weekend). Looks like it's going to be another scorcher today, so take it easy, and if possible...get in your workout indoors. So...what are YOU doing to move today??? Me?  Let's see....I am doing disc 3 of the P90X program and I'm taking a fitness class (belly/booty blast) at the dance studio).  So, it will be a heck of a workout today, but it's all good. Enjoy your day! Until tomorrow....stay safe...stay hydrated...stay moving!

I finally found my pedometer & am happy to report that just walking around the house, up & down the stairs, & a bit of shopping today, I did over 5K steps.  That doesn't include my hula practice...not sure how to calculate that one, but that kind of hip movement couldn't possibly give me accurate numbers.   Anyway, I'm pleased with all I did today...being upwardly mobile is always a good thing!
