What Are YOU Doing TO Move Today???
Good Morning Everyone.....
Man, I'm tired this morning. I slept pretty good last night, but...WOW! I feel like I could use another 3 hours of sleep.
Sounds like it's going to be a decent day today, compared to what it has been.
So...what are YOU going to do to move today???
Me? Kickboxing is on the calendar for today. I plan to add 30 minutes of toning and another 20 minutes of abs on top of that. WOW! That's almost 2 hours of work today......
Well, I have to admit....I liked the spin class yesterday and am definately looking at taking more in the very near future. It was easier than I thought it would be, and challenging at the same time. So, it was a good balance.

I am tired this morning too. Must be from the extreme heat the last few days.
Since I did my hip hop dance class last night, I will be doing 30 minutes of cardio tonight and my 30 minutes of weight training tonight.
I have never tried the spin class. It does not look like something I would enjoy.
