June 10th - June's Accountability Challenge
Ok Guys and Gals....
We are almost 1/2 way through the month. How is everyone doing? Are you hanging in there???
How are you coming along with your goals? Are you struggling??? Are you doing fine?? Ready to shake it up a bit???
Let's see.....Other than scrapbooking, I'm pretty much on target. After my few bites of cake on Saturday (again...could not help myself), I've pretty much eaten 90% healthy and am right on target. My workouts have been challenging here lately and I've risen to the challenge. While I did not journal over the weekend, I am back on track with that and am doing well. My scrapbooking, however, is less than desired these days. But, it's ok. I'm making progress in other areas and can easily catch back up on that in the evening.

Morning Jill glad your on target. But I have to be honest here I havent been doing so good eating for the most healthy, but I havent been exercising, been in alot of pain so it has slowed me down a bit I know thats not a excuse but with no pain meds or taking anything to help w/ the pain I dont had to the already painful situations. Im just being honest, hope everyone else is doing well.

Cooking my meals or making me a meal plan would be great! I just have issues about what I cook not wanting to eat after Ive cooked, I know its stupid but when I have cooked it and smelled it I dont want it so then I end up barley eating then snacking through out the eve. I try to get breakfast in and I have been doing the slimfast optima shakes for lunch 180 calories a can I do ok w/ that but its the snacking and eating the things I cook. And the exerciseing Im in pain already and when I do to much then I suffer the next few days I do the bike 3 times a day and the rest of the week Im so stiff I can barley move, and sitting the times I do in school dosent help matters either w/ the fibromaligia. So anything you can shoot my way to help Im open. Thanks.

I am on travel at a horrible hotel where I keep losing my internet connection - their gym here was a complete joke and so dirty looking I decided not to use it. I am still not over my strep and sceptic throat and virus from last week so I am not feeling like my usual self. My eating is okay - not feeling much like eating right now as my throat was ulcerated and some sharper foods still hurt a little - but every day it gets better so I am not really complaining - much lol!!
I am in DC in training next week so I am hoping I feel up to it as i would hate to waste my money!! Plus Tuesday night (17th) I will be doing the Mall Walk from Obesity at the Capital - anyone plan on joining me?? It is for a GREAT cause - US!!!!
