What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

I will be picking up a regular Spin class at Langley starting just after the 4th of July. I've been only on the sub list since the LBL so it will be so good to get back to it! I used to teach 2 a week and after each PS I've gone back to classes as soon as I could (maybe too soon!!!). Maybe you'll be on this side for some reason after I get back in there and can come to one! I know you are excited to be so much closer to work/home and not have to fight the tunnel traffic. Hope you love the new job!
I know Jill is probably working out now so I'll quickly answer your question about Spinning. You've probably seen Spinning bikes on The Biggest Loser if you are a fan. It's basically group cycling but unlike a regular exercise bike, you can stand up and cycle and do jumps, etc. The music and the atmosphere make you want to work harder and keep going. It's a great workout and the time flies! You sweat more than doing just about anything else too!
