such little weight loss in 2 1/2 years
I have struggled with not losing weight since 3 months after my surgery. I broke out in hives in Jan and they gave me steriods 5 times in the next few months. I have not lost any more weight. How heart breaking and embarressed I am. Last year I had to start Cymbalta and gained 25 pounds back. So in all I have only 30 pounds in 2.5 years. I am trying to see the new surgeon since we moved here to Va in AUG. The Ohio surgeon they made me see after the military made me go to the base surgeon after my bypass never seemed to interested in me not losing any weight. I pray the surgeons here have more heart and help me.
I am so sorry you have been having so many problems! I am not sure where you are living now, but there are a lot of great surgeons across the state...I hope you are able to see one of them and get started back on the weight loss and feeling better overall! Hang in there...the bright side is that you are down 30 lbs...that's 30 lbs. you had before and are long gone! :)
I am sorry you are feeling very cheated........ there are lots of good surgeons here although not many will look at patients who have had other surgeons. My surgeons do - Dr Halmi and Dr Tran and I highly recoment them! Hope you live near enough to be able to visit them - they are Virginia Weight Loss Surgery Center http://www.vwlsc.com
Good luck and know we are always here for you!
