June 3rd - June's Accountability Challenge
Good Morning....
How's everyone doing? Hanging in there????? Are we staying motivated? I hope so - it's only the 3rd day!
Time to check in and be accountable......
Goal 1: Journalling - did pretty good yesterday. I'm amazed by how selective my memory has been these past few months. The journalling has been a great reminder.
Goal 2: Reduce Snacking/Make better choices - I did SO much better in this area yesterday. I felt really good about my choices and my snacks. I even cut off my snacks at 830 last night (a little later than I had planned but I did not finish my workout until 800).
Goal 3: Challenge my physical activity - I pushed myself hard in class last night and did some additional ab work. My heart rate monitor said that I burned almost 600 calories - YEAH!!!
Goal 4: Get more scrapbooking done - BOO...I got none done last night! Ok...Your turn!

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
Morning I got all three meals in healthy at that plus about 64oz of fluids in and about 80 grams of protein I did my lil walk early and 15 mins. on the bike last eve. so one day down, and this morning already had my scrambled eggs & banana yeah and my coffee decaff.....

I did good yesterday but started to feel a bad throat coming on in the afternoon. By last night I had a class but was not feeling well at all. Today I am headachey, bad throat etc - I have a check up at my pcp today anyway so for once I can put it to good use and get looked at....
Not sure how I will do exercise today as I feel rough - will pay attention to what I am eating but I want to drink more than I usually do so that is not a bad thing - not hungry right now so had a shake instead...
