Tuesday's Fitness Tip
I think yesterday's might have gottten lost in the "What Are You Doing To Move" thread, so I'm posting today's in it's own thread. If we like this, I will keep it up, so, feedback is definately welcome on this.
Today's Tip - Every 4 - 6 weeks, change up your routine. Increase the weight, increase the intensity, change the equipment and moves that you do. This keeps the body at a constant challenge and will help keep you from stalling out.
For example, if you always bike for 20 minutes 3 days a week, change your routine to add another 10 minutes, another day, or use the ellipticle; or is you use 3 pound weights for 10 reps, instead, use 5 pound weights for 10 reps.
