Calorie free food.........

Apparently there is such a thing and to me it was like decedance! Walden Farms sells jars of Marshmallow dips and Carmel dips - totally calorie, carbs etc free. SO today I slice my apple snack up and dipped each one of the slices in marshmallow first and then caramal and ate them that way. It was so like I was cheating because it was very sweet - but all I can have to say is for a few moments I was in heaven!  It does not take very much to please me I know - but it was FREE!!!! You should try them! I got mine from Blooms so they are available in stores! Jackie (feeling very happy, full and pleased with herself!)   :-)

Okay let me see if I can describe it right. Go in the door where the self checkouts are - on the left as you face Blooms.  Go to the first freezer with the ice cream is. Next to the freezer  - at the top end where the French bread is near the deli - there is a rack with cones on it and jams. Top shelf there is the Walden Calorie Free stuff- they even have chocolate but haven't tasted that one yet.... Run lololo! Jackie

The Walden Farms website has a wide variety of CALORIE FREE spreads, dressings, toppings, etc.  All of them are incredibly good tasting and not especially expensive.  I particularly like the salad dressings -- most of the other fat free stuff in the grocery stores has so much sugar in it that it defeats the purpose of eating a salad.  Check it out!  (http://www.waldenfarms.com).
