it's official and a MAJOR wow moment!!!

I have lost 40 lbs! That is 5 lbs more gone since Wednesday. I am shocked and so thrilled. I am finally in the 250's! Yay!

And in other news. I took Cameron and his friend to McDonalds this morning for breakfast to play. I usually have a hard time fitting in booths that don't move but these were always where I fit but always was squishing my belly. Well NOT today. I sat in the booth, never touching the table, and was able to scoot over. There was about an inch or more between my tummy and the table. Guess I don't really have to see results in my body to know the pounds are going away!

Theresa, I'm sooooo tickled for you.  You sound absolutely giddy, & well you should.  Obviously you're doing things right so just keep doing 'em, sweetie!  I'm proud of you!!!

Teresa -- So glad to hear about the weight loss and the WOW -- which is a major WOW!  The inches really do come off, and it is things like that where you will really appreciate how much!  Wonderful!  :)
