What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning Fitness Fanatics.......
Well, sounds like the humidity is rolling in, but a nice a sunny day. Perfect for getting out and doing some walking (just be hydrated as you are doing it).
So...what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? Nothing...I am taking a break. The calendar says long run today, and I really need to, but with Patrick's graduation next weekend, I need to get things done around here before family arrives in preparation.
BUT....I will be pulling out the calendar to plan my workouts for the month, and even hope to get some in next weekend while family is here (Ha...I may need to get away....).
So, until tomorrow....stay safe....stay hydrated....stay moving....

I'm just about cleared up from the dang Sick Fairy. I have been slacking off because I've felt like crap this past week. I have managed to get in my walks but have been SO tired by the nights ends that I have fallen into bed and slept although not well. Stressors and mental/emotional factors have been playing a STRONG role in this. Just trying to beat things right now. So, today, I admit I won't be doing much else but relaxing.
