What are YOU doing To Move Today????
Good Morning, Folks.....
WOW! It's chilly out there! Makes me want to hop back in bed - haha!
But, it's going to pan out to be a GREAT day for moving the body and getting the blood flowing.
So...what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? Well, let's see....the calendar shows 3 classes today, but I'm not feeling them. So, instead, I will do a 5 mile run. I'm feeling that. The some ab work and stretching. I haven't been getting much ab work done lately, so I really need to today.
Those participating int he women's challenge, make sure you log your time in so we, as a team, can move along the track.

Well, my head cold/weird allergies deal seems to be lifting so I'm hitting up a longer walk today. My neck & back have been mean to me so hopefully stretching/walking will help alleviate some of it.
