Strive for balance. 

 

To be truly happy, you need to balance all aspects of your life: mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional. If any one aspect is "off," you will feel out of sorts in all aspects. When you are tired physically, is your thinking as sharp? If your thinking is flawed, do your emotions become oppressive? 

When your thinking is clear, you can more easily handle stress and your spirit is much happier. Balance is a critical component of your new life. Balance will help you maintain your weight loss. 

Action for the day: In your journal, make a heading for each aspect of your life: mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional. Under each aspect, how can you create more balance in your life? List three things you can do to move into balance&and then do them.
