What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning, Virginians........ Ok...let me start by saying that I only ran for 1 mile last night.  I was a bum I have my reason and you will see it on another thread....... Anyways.....today is a new day, and along with it comes a new opportunity to move around. So...what are YOU doing to move today??? Me?  Let's see...the calendar says that I have a belly/booty class tonight, a poles class and I am suppose to run 4 miles - WOW!  I have a lot to do tonight.....Guess I should not complain, especially after last night..... Until tomorrow.....stay safe....stay hydrated.....stay moving.....

Ahhhh, I feel so refreshed after my day off yesterday.  Rejuvenated!  Like I can conquer the world!  So today I have planting to do (flowers, veggies, grass).  Then I have errands to run, groceries to shop for, checkbook to update.  And Matt got my new water feature up & running last night so I think I'll sit on my front porch, sip my water & listen to the fountain gurgle.  Hope you & everyone has a terrific Wednesday.
