Coming to VA!!

Hello OH Family!!  My family will be visiting Williamsburg 5/29-6/2.  We will visit Busch Gardens, Prime Outlets, and the Water Theme Park.  My question is do you have to wear a bathing suit to the water park?  I have lost weight but not enough to want to wear a bathing suit...very self conscious!!!  Just wandering what the attire is for the park.  Please let me know if you have any info. Hey! Love the name, lol. Now years ago, and I do mean years, because it has been years since we have been, you were able to wear shorts. I remember as a kid going, and my mom not ever wearing a bathing suit, just shorts and a big t shirt. I can't see why it would have changed. Please be safe but more importantly, HAVE FUN!!!

shorts and tee's are ok as long as they do not have metal buckles or rivits on them.  they do not let you wear water shoes on a lot of the rides, either.  have fun!  we will be there, too.  we go almost every weekend! tam

I live about 3 miles for there and we LIVE there in the summer. I can tell you that you will not be the only chubby chick there! I haev seen ladies that were over 300 lbs in bikinis. Yes you heard me right! Their bellies hung over in the front and you could not even see their suits! No one really pays any attention. Yes I did because I was thinking to my self that I wish I had that woman's confidence!! Remember this ..you paid the same as every one else to get into that place so go and have a good time. You will never see any of them again so wear your swim suit! Have a good time while you are here in Williamsburg!
