What Are YOU Doing TO Move Today???

Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics...... Well, after a fun-filled weekend, it's time to get our noses to the grind and our rears in gear.  Raise your hand if you moved over the weekend    GOOD FOR YOU!!!!! Let's see.... Sunday I ran 7 miles - I was WIPED when I was finished, but I did it! Monday - I did the ellipticle for 30 minutes and then walked the dog for 5 miles.  Burned LOTS of calories! Let's see, today, the calendar says that I am to run 5 miles.  So, that's the plan! What about you....what are YOU doing to move today???? Until tomorrow....stay safe....stay hydrated....stay moving!

What am I doing to move today?  HA!  Not a darned thing!!!  I...errrr....WE worked our butts off from Friday to Monday!!  I cannot believe how much we got accomplished in 4 days.  Mended fences, cut both pastures, weeded nearly all my flowerbeds, rearranged bricks, finished the prep work on my veggie garden plot, not to mention cooking like a crazy person.  I'll admit I had to use some of my happy pills at night so I could sleep through the pain, but it was all worth it.  I'm also gonna have to take my measurements cuz the numbers on the scale ain't moved a lick but I worked like a crazy woman.  So like I said...I ain't doin' nuthin!

Hello I worked out the entire weekend w/cardio and strength training. This morning I did 30 minutes of strength training w/my PT and 27 minutes of cardio.

I worked all weekend doing yard work (we had to dig a trench all the way around to put in the electric fence in the front and back - I was exhausted after that!) and today did over an hour at the gym on weights plus 20 mins on the eliptical - I also plan to cut the grass tonight before my classes........... so enough activity for a few days I think lol! My plan this week is to hit the gym every monring and then to do some more work in my home gym on the afternoons.......... Running 7 miles is incredible!! What a reat effort Jill! Jackie

WOW!  Your house sounds like ours....Lots of yard work, I washed both bikes on Sunday after my run, etc.... I am STILL in shock over my run!  I had to take a quick pee break, but hopped right back on.  My heart rate monitor (my new best friend) sais that i burned 1149 calories....RIGHT ON!!!
