Liver Shrinking Diet

I did answer this and now I don't see it so I will try again -  I am sorry I am not much help here - I never had to do the liver shrinking diet but I was having open RNY and not LAP RNY so there was not the same need. You can comfort yourself that when the liver is smaller it is so much easier for the surgeon to operate and not nick anything near that area. June 2nd will be here soon and after surgery you won't even want to eat and you will not regreat having eater like this for a couple of weeks... As we all say - this too shall pass..........
