What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Well, another great day is upon us and with it came another opportunity to move our body. Does not matter WHAT you do....just do something!
So...what are YOU going to do to move today???
Me? The calendar says a 4 mile interval run, so that's where I'll be heading for......
So, until tomorrow......

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
Thankfully we aren't going to see the inside of our house (or anyone else's for that matter) so we'll be outside playing and running around and goofing off. We're heading to my sis's for my nephew's birthday party and although I'm NOT gonna do the slip-n-slide they are so I'm sure I'll be laughing and running around getting wet. Gonna get in walking and hope to be in the sunshine until it goes down. It will help my moods greatly. It HAS to.

Jill... Im running.. duh... ;-) LOL... I met a friend at 8 am and took a spin ... err... a run on the WO&D Trail for 3 miles. We finished in 46 min.. The Ashburn portion that we ran had hills... so first 3 miler of the season, outside with hills... not too bad...
What a BEAUTIFUL DAY!!!!
