Happy Friday to ya! Looks like it's going to be another beautiful day out there. And the beginning to an AWESOME weekend, too. WOWZA!
So....what are YOU doing to move today?
Me? The calendar says run 5 miles, but I think I'm going to take today off and just walk the 5 miles down at the beach. My body is pretty tired from last night's classes. One of which was yoga and SUCH fun. I never thought that I would like a full-on yoga class, but I did and really hope that the studio adds it as a permenant class.

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
I am going ti up my exercise for ttoday. I am going to the tanning salon in a few minutes then off to the gym for an hour and a half of cardo and weights and then on to the pool for an hour of water working out - then the boring stuff - lunch, shopping and meal making lol!!
It is GORGEOUS outside so I hope it stays like this for the weeekend!
